Pakistan’s First Project Director Certification Sets a New Benchmark

Participants of the 1st Cohort of Chartered Project Director Certification Program visited PEC HQ on 16th July 2026, where they received a briefing on PEC’s regulatory mandate and strategic reforms, followed by a luncheon.

Jointly conducted by PEC and National Defence University (NDU), this flagship program brings together Project Directors from 12 premier organizations, including WAPDA, PAEC, OGDCL, KRL, PAA, Pakistan Army, IESCO and others.

Chairman Engr. Waseem Nazir termed this flagship initiative of PEC a transformative milestone to produce certified project leaders capable of delivering transparent, efficient, and world-class public infrastructure for Pakistan’s sustainable development.
