 Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) has taken a major leap towards digital innovation by signing a landmark MoU with NADRA, a partnership aimed at accelerating digital transformation, ICT development, and e-governance excellence across the Council’s operations.Under this strategic collaboration, NADRA will provide technical operations management, secure data hosting, and digital application development support to PEC, enabling enhanced transparency, efficiency, and service delivery through technology-driven solutions.The MoU was signed by Registrar PEC, Engr. Khadim Hussain Bhatti, and Chief Projects NADRA, Mr. Rehman Qamar, in the presence of Chairman PEC, Engr. Waseem Nazir, and Chairman NADRA, Lt. Gen. Muhammad Munir Afsar, HI(M), along with senior officials from both organizations.Speaking on the occasion, Chairman PEC, Engr. Waseem Nazir, said that this partnership marks a transformative milestone in PEC’s modernization journey, ensuring secure, transparent, and efficient systems that align with 21st-century governance and innovation.This milestone reaffirms PEC’s vision of Smart PEC, building a digitally empowered, transparent, and globally connected engineering ecosystem for Pakistan’s engineers and stakeholders.

Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) has signed a landmark agreement with Chinese Society of Engineers (CSE) for the official recognition of Pakistani Engineers in China! 
This monumental step means Pakistani Engineers don’t require additional assessment to work in China, just their PEC registration. They are now officially recognized as equal to their Chinese counterparts – in skills, respect, and opportunity.
PEC continues to raise the bar for engineering excellence, ensuring global mobility and well deserved recognition for Pakistan’s engineering talent.
